Car Park cash register system / Rental system
- Suitable for housing estates, industrial and commercial buildings car park.
- Ticket with entrance time, car plate number and barcode is given to the driver when the car entering car park. When the car is leaving, cashier use scanner to read the barcode or input the car plate number to the system. System will calculate the parking fee automatically. (Admission barcode ticket is be printed by receipt printer. Saving money from ordering special car park ticket)
- Using Octopus card number to record the entrance time is supported. Saving cost to print the entrance ticket and avoid losing the ticket.
- One or more entrance tickets can be printed when entering the venue. And reprint ticket is supported.
- Provide real-time information of all vehicles in the car park (car plate number, entrance time, etc.)
- Stand-alone system, no internet access required
- Different vehicles can set different charges, additional fees and free parking time (for example, entrance time is less than 15 minutes)
- Different charges for the first hour, the second hour and the third hour, etc.
- Time parking: every half hour / one hour, one minute when half an hour / one hour
- Day/Night Parking: One fixed parking fee for 12 hours (Day / Night).
- System can generate many varieties of reports in Excel format, for e.g. Daily / Monthly sales report, Vehicle entrance and exit report and Vehicle type analytical report etc.
